The Rectory was in need of major repairs due to shifting of the foundation and aging of the Rectory. So far, the foundation of the Rectory and the Chapel has been leveled, and plumbing with water leaks have been repaired. Our maintenance budget has been depleted, and WE DESPERATELY NEED DONATIONS to cover the other necessary projects: (1) refurbishment of the siding on the outer walls, soffits, facia boards, and internal frame repairs, (2) drywall repairs, painting, gutter repairs, roof flashing, electrical upgrades, blinds, and additional bedding and corrections, (3) replace flooring. Hasta ahora, se han nivelado los cimientos de la rectoría y de la capilla, y se han reparado las tuberías que tenían fugas de agua. Nuestro presupuesto de mantenimiento se ha agotado y NECESITAMOS DESESPERADAMENTE DONACIONES para cubrir los demás proyectos necesarios: (1) renovación del revestimiento de las paredes exteriores, plafones, tableros de fachada y reparaciones de la estructura interna, (2) reparaciones de paneles de yeso, pintura, reparaciones de canaletas, tapajuntas del techo, mejoras eléctricas, persianas y ropa de cama adicional y correcciones, (3) reemplazo del piso.
