Bids are being accepted for the purchase of a 2004 Honda Element (as is). The car is driveable, and can be viewed in the parking space near the Chapel. If interested, make a Silent Bid Offer. Forms are available in the office. The last day to accept silent bids will be Friday, March 14th at 5 PM. Place your bid in a sealed envelope and drop off at the church office. If you are dropping off your bid after hours, you may place it in the mailbox outside the parish center.
The Rectory was in need of major repairs due to shifting of the foundation and aging of the Rectory. So far, the foundation of the Rectory and the Chapel has been leveled, and plumbing with water leaks have been repaired. Our maintenance budget has been depleted, and WE DESPERATELY NEED DONATIONS to cover the other necessary projects: (1) refurbishment of the siding on the outer walls, soffits, facia boards, and internal frame repairs, (2) drywall repairs, painting, gutter repairs, roof flashing, electrical upgrades, blinds, and additional bedding and corrections, (3) replace flooring.
